Rights
Policy passed to us from Jason through Garry Hodgson as of 11/23/04:
We strongly encourage the taping and trading of our shows. The more people hear our music, the better. Audience taping is permitted at shows for personal, non-commercial, home use only, which may include trading. Soundboard patches may be available, at the discretion of the band, but should not be assumed. Come prepared. We can't provide you power, extension cords, blank tapes, adapters, etc.
On 11/15/04, webmaster Wally Walters sent the following email on behalf of Jason Ricci with permission:
Hi Tyler,
I think it's Great that we have a section at archive.org for Jason. It would be okay with Jason.... as long as he can "veto" anything HE, himself, May catch on the site in the future. I doubt that shoud happen... as we are doing anything and everything to promote him and his band.
Thanks Garry and Tyler!
