These screen captures are from iVisit, the software used to facilitate our sixteenth KidCast for Peace; Solutions for a Better World video conference and interactive PEACE PORTAL for kids of all ages.
We connected children Brazil, New York and San Francisco where we were put in the middle of a rock festival by producers who refused to include me in the planning (How Weird Street Festival). It was impossible to hear being at the center of four stages with bands blairing so I moved to a nearby cybercafe. This saved the KidCast and allowed local festival visitors to interact with those at the assmenbled global nodes.
This was also the last KidCast for Peace; Solutions for a Better World for a while. I had produced over 16 KidCast's for Peace to date. My dedication and volunteerism was already waning. I was never able to secure the funding needed to uplevel the KidCast for Peace and my inner drives were calling me in other directions, so this production became my last KidCast for Peace for a while.
There is other documentation from KCFP16 that I will post eventually.
