Kenneth Foster is a Texas death-row inmate scheduled for execution on August 30, 2007. Although he was not the triggerman in the murder of prominent local attorney's son, he was convicted and sentenced to death in 1997 under Texas's "law of parties."

This interview, presented here raw and unedited, was recorded by Dave Maass on July 25, 2007 at the Polunsky Unit in Livingston, Texas. The interview was conducted via closed-circuit phone and the recording device was an Olympus WS-100 hooked into the phone circuit.
