On Feb 3, 2008 Labrador Dali gave the OK for archive.org:
hello good folks at e-tree my name is Robert Emmett and I have a band called Labrador Dali, I would like to allow permission for our live shows to be posted on the internet archive.
We are very open and encouraging to the idea of our live shows being
recorded, shared, posted and otherwise distributed, as long as no money is changing
hands, and no profit is being made.
