Laughing Water has, throughout their history, allowed tapers to record live shows for personal, nonprofit use. Recordings cannot be sold but they can be traded. Access to the soundboard is on a first-come, first serve basis and at the complete discretion and convenience of the soundman. Be cool. Thanks.
On May 13, 2005 Laughing Water gave their OK for archive.org:
"My name is Glenn Fink and I am in a band called Laughing Water and I'm trying to get set up to put shows up on your archive. I have followed all instructions so far and even uploaded a show, and I think all that is left is to give permission for the show(s) to be imported.
My band does consent to its shows being made available, and I can get you contact info for other members if needed.
