Description
The PDF document is a more efficiently compressed version of the PDF file available at Bloomsbury Academic (1.5MB instead of 2.1MB from the original file). I used Multivalent Compress to do that and contents are exactly the same in both PDFs.
The text version is a hand-edited version from the resulting file converting PDF to text (using pdftotext, a tool that comes with poppler or xpdf Don't expect it to be perfect, but I hope it is readable for Braile devices (as intended). It is encoded in Unicode (using UTF8).
