Episode of the soap opera "The Love of Life" from March 20, 1953. Also contains original commercials. Although not one of the better programs of the 50's, it's still a delightful little drama.

Love of life.
Initially set in fictional Barrowsville, New York, this serial tells the story of extremely disparate siblings: long-suffering Vanessa Dale and her bitchy sister Meg.
Cast: Peggy McCay (Vanessa Dale), and Jean McBride (Meg Harper).
From IMBD.

LOL
I LOVE LOL. Once again Peggy McKay takes rotten dialog and makes it soar. I heard there was some backstage in-fighting, egos and such but did anyone notice that "Ellie" did not get one close-up and her face was barely on camera 20 seconds? Regardless "Van" and "Meg" were great as usual. I can't stand "Beanie" though. Not only is the actor terrible but the character is spoiled, selfish, and irritatingly whiney. He needs a good old fashioned whack on the rear! hahaha

I Uploaded This
Lol, I'm reviewing it anyway. It's an interesting example of an 50's TV soap opera, way better than "The Betty Hutton Show".
