Notes
This EP represents a split release between two of the most well-regarded musicians in today's noise scene: Avant-garde Mauvian Symphonist Sypha Nadon and the cult German Industriapunk noise band Zyklon Vagina. Working here together, for the very first time, to create six tracks of pure power. Sypha Nadon's three tracks (his first new material since 2006's "Threnody for Zumb Zumb") are all instrumental: The chaotic "Vow of Violence," the quietly sinister "Malkunofat Disko" and the utterly alien "Prelude to Mass Slaughter." Zyklon Vagina's three tracks, on the other hand, are all vocal: The dark "Worm Food" (clearly inspired by the classic Throbbing Gristle song "Slug Bait"), the devastating "Rape Machine" (a nod to "Great White Death" era Whitehouse), and ending off with "Viscous," in which SPK meet the Sex Pistols... this is clearly one of the most brutal punk noise tracks ever recorded in the history of the human race as we know it. Though this is perhaps the shortest MZR release to date, it is also perhaps one of the most brutal releases, a quick, pounding attack, no filler here. Music to revolt yr inner chakras...
