Elegeion i rekviem (initial title).The human history of violence and wars.The innocent children, everyday victims of this terrible heritage...This film was made in 1970 (Vietnam war, Kennedy's assassination, first man on the moon etc) and it was a 3 Stars winner at the London Ten Best Festival (1971), while in 1972 its participation at the Salonika (Greece) professional cine festival was censored by the dictatorship. Later on it was shown on the National TV and at many cine clubs, where its avant-garde shooting, was extensively discussed by the filmmakers and the audience !This film maintains its originality even to-day, nearly 40 years after it was made, and it is suitable for all times, especially ours...Marios Lefteriotis
