TAPING POLICY

Mason Jennings permits audio taping of live performances. However, direct patches into the soundboard are not allowed nor is video taping of performances. Mason encourages the free trade of music but does not encourage or support the sale of live recordings. It should be noted that Mason Jennings and any of the venues he performs at reserve the right to revoke or suspend taping privileges at any time, without any notice and for any reason deemed necessary.
