Subject: MC firedrill delights and confounds
MC Firedrill is that rare chiptunes artist (chiptunes are, basically, modern music that sounds like old video games) that manages to capture not only the sound of old video games with their bleeps and blips, weird arpeggiated lead synth tones, and awkward random glitches, but also, the fun of waking up at 6 am on saturday morning and playing super mario brothers 2 before your parents woke up, trying to beat tritoch!

EFS and Track One will have you bopping, while the rest of the tracks deliver solid modern takes with enough retro appeal to fulfill an avid 8-bit afficianado's wettest dream fantasies, and the meagre aural appreciation of the uninitiated layman.

Kudos! I give this release 5 of the most astral stars.
