The first two segments of this episode take place in the Field Regina Northrop neighborhood. The Neighborhood group celebrates the installation of pedestrian-level streetlights and business owners talk about their work improving the intersection of 48th and Chicago through the NRP. A segment on the Saturnalia celebration in Bryn Mawr follows, along with a segment on an NRP Diversity Workshop. The final segment documents the grand opening of Shingle Creek Commons, a senior housing development in the northwest corner of Minneapolis partly funded by NRP contributions from the surrounding neighborhoods. Length: 26:37. March 2002.
