On March 12, 2008 permission was granted for the LMA:

Montana Slim authorizes the free taping and trading of Montana Slim shows
for non-commercial purposes. We grant permission to Archive.org to host our shows.
We wish to be setup in the Archive.org database with the identifier "MS" or "MTS" if MS
is taken. All performances of Montana Slim are the property of Montana Slim.
