Subject: great old song
I wanted to hear "I didn't raise my Boy to be a Soldier," as I've been unable to find it o CD anyplac.e. Well, here it was, and what a great listen. I'd heard only the first verse and chorus on Dr. Demento, way back when, but had no idea there was more. what an eye-opener. i wonder if any mothers whose sons are being killed in the Gulf know this old song. the world certainly paid its author no heed.
