ello Archivists,
This email is written consent giving some kind of permission for you to
archive our, Mr. Devious' (http://www.mrdevious.com), shows for public
download and noncommercial, royalty-free circulation. This is not a
formally worded declaration, and is coming from Gregor Steindl, the
bassist, who has the "say-so" in such matters.
Mr. Devious has the following taping and trading policy:
Live Recording Policy
* VIDEO taping is not permitted unless authorized by us. You can contact
us through mrdevious.com
* AUDIENCE taping is permitted and encouraged, but check with us before
uploading a show to the archive
Guest performances by other artists will be governed by that artist's
policy. When Mr. Devious is performing at a festival or other event
featuring multiple bands, that particular event's policies may override
our customary recording policies.
Live recording at Mr. Devious concerts is authorized for personal,
non-commercial use only. Unauthorized sale is strictly forbidden. All Mr.
Devious performances are the exclusive property of the band. We reserve
the right to deny permission to any particular individual/establishment to
record/archive any particular performance. All rights reserved, n'at.
