This is a timelapse of the New York Skyline as seen from our 29th floor apartment. The camera clicked every 30 seconds for two days. It actually ran for 3 days, but I messed up the second day, so this is the day before easter and the day after. You can see the Empire State Building was lit with yellow, pink and green lights the night before easter.. The second night, someone turned on a bright light and you get a little self portrait of the camera clicking away.
The lights on the Empire State and the Met Life Tower both turn off at about midnight.. (according to the clock on the Met Life Tower..)
Here's my webpage which has a larger rendition of the video
