An interview conducted in 2007 by members of the Janus Project. This project sponsored by the MidWest Symposium for Leadership in Behavioral Disorders is collecting interviews and address past leaders in the field EBD. In this interview Dr. Long reviews his career, the history of the field, the future of the field and his suggestions for persons entering the field.
