Openlab provides a meeting place for London based artists who use and develop open source software as their creative tool. We attempt to organize performances, events, meetings in London for the participants to share and exchange ideas.
Resonance 104.4 FM is London's first radio art station, its brief to provide a radical alternative to the universal formulae of mainstream broadcasting. The Clear Spot is Resonance's regular spot for irregular programming.
The Openlab Clear Spot features discussions about free software and its use for art and music, plus live sessions. Openlab members in the Resonance studio were: Dave Griffiths, Rob Munro, Claude Heiland-Allen, Robert Atwood, and Chun Lee. Pre-recorded contributions came from: Andy Preston, and Ivica Bukic.
