Doing its best to harbinge the demise of all "cool" and "hip" artforms over the last 25 years (look where Siderealism went after OTE got a hold of it in 1988...) Over the Edge Radio will skillfully toss into the Dustbins of History's Musical Curiosities the current craze of Circuit Bending.

Look and listen no further, for once it has reached, kicking and twitching, to OTE Radio's superfluous & souped-up host and late-nite media personality "Izzy Isn't", there won't be anything pretty enough left to look at or listen to.

Featuring the soon-to-be-washed-up-and-looking-for-a-new-artcraze-to-glom-onto "bending artists" univac (http://techdweeb.com), Khate (http://khate.org), FeralCatScan (http://feralcatscan.com), Big City Orchestra (http://ubuibi.org) threatening to crash through the skylights, and perhaps other like-minded hooligans who may gain entrance by breaking down the studio doors.

Broadcast originally at Midnite (PST) on Thursday May 25th 2006 and continuing for an agonizingly long 3 hours, you can now post-listen to the sharp keening realtime death throes of this year's sonic "Flavor of the Month". Listeners were
encouraged to call in and deposit their own sonic detritus into the overflowing can of circuit bent trims and outtakes, but sadly, KPFA's phones were kaput.

Once your listening of the show is over, so will be yet another pointless "art" movement.
