Limited Flag: NoMP3
On October 3, 2002, PMB gave permission to Diana Hamilton for shows to be hosted at the Archive:
I contacted Etree giving Pat McGee Band's permission to post tapes of live
shows on Etree a couple of weeks ago.
I was told by a Pat McGee Band fan that I should contact you to give that
permission as the band is still not listed in the archives.
Pat McGee Band allows taping of live shows for tape trading and
non-commercial use. Please contact me if you have any questions at
pathmcg@aol.com. Thank you, Lynne McGee
Policy notes:
for BA talk to Paul their sound engineer. Paul is very cool with tapers, but please try to stay out of his way during the show. For digital folks, please send the band a clone. Venue restrictions may apply. Ask to speak to Paul, their sound engineer or Jeff Caldwell, their road manager, if a venue gives you flack about getting your equipment in. Their shows usually run a little over two hrs., but at times runs close to three especially their two set shows. Check with Jeff or Paul about that. Pat McGee has stated on behalf of the band that they do not permit MP3s to be made from any recording, studio or live. He asks that his wishes be respected. Taping and trading of other media is ENCOURAGED
