On Tuesday, September 11, 2001 at about noon I said this to all the students, staff, and faculty in the chapel service at Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas. I don't know if what I said was better or worse, but I had been reading a lot of early Pentecostal peacemakers and this was what came out.
