Erik NelsonPeyote Stitch (2005)

The Peyote Stitch is a Native American beading technique that takes infinite concentration and patience...needle to bead, needle to bead, needle to bead...knot in your thread....needle to bead. The stitch links (weaves?) beads together one by one until the object you're covering has something similar to a snake's or reptile's skin, only made of beads. This is P$'s work. I don't know how she does it. The music is, "Little Whirl" by Dudley; autresdirections..
