This mostly unrelated sequel to Cat People (1942) has Amy, the young daughter of Oliver and Alice Reed. Amy is a very imaginative child who has trouble differentiating fantasy from reality, and has no friends her own age as a result. She makes an imaginary friend though, her father's dead first wife Irena. At about the same time, she befriends Julia Farren, an aging reclusive actress who is alienated from her own daughter Barbara.

The the loosers
There's a bunch of people in these reviews trying to snitch on a guy who posts a crappy quality film from 1944 because Warner Bros owns the "rights"
Why the heck do you care about that. I dont know who's more lame, you guys for trying to get this removed or me for commenting on it.
Classic film, though. Watch the other copy that was uploaded in 2020 lol

PD and Digital Vinegar Syndrome
I wonder what the legal threshold for digital degradations of sound and image. How much loss is allowed before a product a DVD becomes unwatchable? This post is clearly compressed, with consequent image and sound degradation. Scorcese said that pan and scan ohs tapes were not the same film as the any hollywood film shot in more than the Academy aspect ratio. Because the transfer from celluloid to video entailed severe cropping of any widescreen film, the viewers, he said, were not watching the film moviegoers, that being the director's version. Whoever was transferring it via pan and scan was not only an uncredited editor but an uncredited director of a new cut. Anyway, no poster will be arrested. It's a grey area. So a poster might get a warning. Relax. :)
