On July 13, 2006, we received permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive:
Phil's representative Kevin Haggard wrote us:
...helping Phil Pritchett (www.philpritchett.com) to spread his music to new outlets on the web. As a result of a newly created taping policy, Phil would like to be able to have a place for tapers to archive and share the shows with his fans. To this regard, Phil would like to give archive.org permission to archive his live shows for public download and non-commerical, royalty-free circulation.
His taping policy is currently at http://www.philpritchett.com/Taping ...

Phil Pritchett and the Full Band Taping Policy
Phil Pritchett and the Full Band allow and encourage all forms of audio and video taping, trading, and the electronic free distribution of their material via the web provided that no profit is obtained by third parties in exchange for their recordings. All recordings must be for personal use or non-commercial phan trading only. Selling or commercializing any recording is illegal and will jeopardize taping privileges for everyone.
When P2FB are performing at a festival or other event featuring multiple bands, that particular event's policy may override P2FB customary taping policy. When P2FB are opening for another artist, that particular artist's policy may override P2FB customary taping policy. Tapers must obtain permission from the promoter and venue as well to tape the show as some venues and promoters simply won't allow taping.
Soundboard access may be available at certain venues, however tapers are encouraged to bring their own microphones, cables, and rechargeable batteries in case AC power or soundboard access are not available. In some small venues, the soundboard feed would be almost all drums and vocals and in those circumstances soundboard patches will not be given out for the obvious reason that it would render such a recording unlistenable and would be a poor representation of the band's performance. Soundboard feeds will not be given out in the case that the band is multi-track recording the show for future release.
P2FB would also request a copy of any recordings produced for our archive; please send a copy of each tape / video / CD / or whatever you produce to Phil Pritchett, P.O. Box 100332, Fort Worth, TX 76185
Trading of shows has been a large part of recreating the live experience and we want to continue offering this option to phans so that the P2FB music can be shared with a larger audience. Remember that the audience's enjoyment of a live show comes first and should not be sacrificed to accommodate tapers. Please respect other phans while you are taping.
