I Think This Needs to be shared worldwide, its owned by public domain like every other betty boop cartoon exsept this was thought to be one of the lost cartoons. voice is by kate wright
its basically mostly about pudgy the dog, Betty Boop is mainly unseen in this cartoon she makes a few small apperences from the beggining to the end, other than the cat from an earlier betty boop cartoon called happy you & merry me makes a return also with his mother.

Much appreciated
…even though it is very small (480x272, but the actual picture is about 329x226) and deteriorates rapidly when enlarged (full screen is barely watchable), and has German subtitles to boot. I went looking for a better, higher resolution copy, and found this Classic Cartoons blog entry. I submitted a comment to the blog owner asking her if she would upload her copy to IA. In the mean time, thank you for sharing this.

very diffrent to other boop cartoons
From 1938, Mae Questel Quit voicing Betty Boop
Mae Questels last role was in (Be Up to Date)
Honest True & Love is a lost cartoon so its unknown from which cartoon mae questel actually finished voicing.
in Out of the Inkwell & Swing School (1938)
Bonnie poe did Betty Boops voices for the last time
then from (1938) the Lost Kitten, Buzzy Boop, Pudgy and the watchman
kate wright did the role.
then from Sally Swing (1938) Margie hines continued the series as the role of betty boop and finished it from 1938 - 1939
