Sodankylä is an album produced by two like minded fellows working at Sodankylä Geophysical Observatory. It was recorded in the observatory archive chamber during one week-end of summer 2001.
Album has had a great success among international visitors of SGO and public of Sodankylä Film Festival.
Electronics, jew's harp and synths by Janne Särkelä; riffs, digderidoo and guitar by Antti Kero. Janne has since left the building, but Antti has stayed under the spell of aurorae.

Juuri Näin - just like this / i just saw...
Suohirviö - swamp monster / let the monster exist
Parasiitit - parasites
Paratiisissa - in paradise
Kuallu mies - dead man
Saatilla - Taking part in a cortege / accompanying a dear person
