Subject: Awsome Radiators Rule !!!!!
I attended this very show on my birthday weekend in Austin 4-21-2006, & this band was off the hook, The Radiators are still one of the Greatest Rock and Roll Swampy Greasy in your face, full on assault bands I have ever seen play live, and ahve seen them at least 350 times, if you have never seen the Radiators play live, your seriously missing out.
Viva La Fishheads Rule!!!
I am very proud to see this show listed as one of the top 5 downloads on Archive.org for the week of 8-8-09, and this show kicks ass!!! Special Thanks to Kevin Cawley for the UP-LOad.

Subject: Why is this one downloaded more than other shows?
The Radiators are friggin awesome on some tunes and downright bar-band mediocre on others. Listen to Red Dress, Devil's Dream, Lucinda, River Run, Papaya, Zig-Zagging Through Ghostland for some of their better jams. When they get groovin, there's no jam band better. Also their acoustic stuff is often great.

Subject: Thanks Radiators!
cut my nola teeth on these guys back in the mid 80's. 20 plus years later, guess i have them to thank for turning me on to what followed. brass bands, mardi gras indians, fess, and still the most amazing city in the US--NOLA. this sounds real good. see you somewhere in the irish channel or out st. claude.

Subject: Good Blues-Rock
I wasn't familiar with this band, which has a sort of deep south blues-rock sound. I wouldn't call them outstanding, though. Recording quality was good, but not great - a little fuzzy.

Subject: Nice d/l thanks -- correction re: "No Way to the Lake" ...
Song title is "Trouble Every Day" or "More Trouble Every Day". It's a Zappa tune, early version on Absolutely Free or Freak Out, I forget which, updated funkier jazzier version on Roxy and Elsewhere. The phrase is "No way to delay that trouble coming every day ..."
I'm about to get sick
from watching my TV
Been checking out the news
'til my eyeballs fail to see
I mean to say that everyday
Is just another rotten mess
And when it's gonna change
Is anybody's guess
Well I'm watching and I'm waiting
Hoping for the Best
Even think I'll go to praying
Every time I hear them saying
There's no way to delay
that trouble coming every day ...
cheers and rock on ...

Subject: Parrish Room
Thanks for taping Kevin! This was the better of the 2 night run in Austin. I was there for both nights. All of you who live in the Austin area and didn't go missed out on some great music. This was a great show for Felix's birthday. Hardcore>Pump it up was unbelieveable, the crowd was jumpin' on the seats! Thanks again Kevin, and to those who missed it maybe you can catch'em next time. Parrish Room rocks!
