Jesse Pack has lived in Worcester, Massachusetts for about ten years. He currently works as the Coordinator of Prevention and Education at AIDS Project Worcester, Inc. which is the largest and most comprehensive AIDS Service Organization in Central Massachusetts. Jesse has been involved in GLBT activism and organizing for more than 10 years and has worked in HIV prevention for more than 5 years. In 2004 he helped to co-found New Horizons, a supportive educational group for transgender and gender questioning individuals in Central Massachusetts. In 2008, he co-founded the Transgender Emergency Fund which provides short-term financial assistance to low-income transgender people.
