The content of the printed PDF doesn't match the archived wikipedia page for August 2009.

This PDF has an additional section inserted before the "History" section that talks (for a very long time) about Flash's security problems. The archived Wikipedia page starts with the "History" section (like most Wikipedia pages do) and does not include a section called "Security." Both versions do have a short "Criticism" section that includes information about Flash cookies and privacy concerns.
However the URL above does differ from the one displayed in the footer of this PDF.

as opposed to:

Both URL's currently work and seem to display exactly the same content as of January 2020, so it's possible that Wikipedia simply changed their URL structure sometime over the past decade. It seems odd that the Wayback Machine only has archives of one URL but not the other. But that might just be a measure to reduce redundancy.
