Well I understand people approach the company I'm trying to when a friend of stand is was there someone in the company that brought the idea you and became service driving force did you look at all the things the company considered and direct people to look at that or if you recall maybe it's some combination of those.

Well a variety of volumes in particular had come to the company before hand and sad a we would like to to research to develop a replacement for MS us.

We don't like the situation that we're in with Microsoft.

We can we don't like that situation at all would like to have an alternative we believe that digital research a could provide that to do a better job.

And that was the basis basic genesis of of all of that I when I joined the company the first my first focus was to stabilize the company.

Do that to get back to a revenue producing role and gaining revenue my second objective was to understand all the things that that the company was doing hi and the firm and which of those we should continue as they were which of those would ship directly solicitous continue.

Literally the day that I decided to do a product that became the are to us it was at the April announcement and Florida eight by IBM and Microsoft the voice to in the PS two.

Hi you have new customers have all of these series requirements and dass totally unable to the A. B. enhance to accomplish those requirements and a what you need and what we need to do is to move to a whole new significance standard call law it's too and the world will move in that direction I said these guys don't have a clue.

As a matter of fact I gather Mister gates and his company Microsoft didn't move to history is dass them.

At that point time they had that stopped all development of them in stock they had if you take a look at the actual release history of them estos prior to the first release of the Eidos initially there were a series of releases like you would expect an active product in the end very few releases and them virtually no releases and all you're doing is really adding and what contact had done or what somebody else said that it so it was a product that was no longer under active consideration by Microsoft but at one time that we began development and brought into market the Argos.

This would be fair to say that you don't know whether at the time Microsoft actually had developers working on MS dos.

In considering whether to go forward with the DR dos product did you conclude or believe that you would need to offer significantly better pricing for your product and was offered by Microsoft for MS dos in order to be successful.

At the time that we were AG considering offering the product.

I I did believe that we need to offer better pricing.
