Rigid Body Movement While Running

Many of the injuries in running today occur from rigidness in movement. Keeping the ankles, hips, head, etcetera - stiff. If you watch elite athletes from around the world, you will notice that a majority of them move very fluidly regardless of the sport. It is very important to not bend at the waist or hold any part of our bodies stiff while running. This only causes soreness and could lead to injuries. With the help of our Level II coach Ruben Jongkind from Holland, Dr. Romanov demonstrates several examples of body rigidness while running and gives some pointers on how to avoid doing so on your next run.
