Based on a drum track by Pablo Perez. I added some bass and guitars and recorded and mixed this song in about 2 hours. I am still messing with mastering software and will release the completed version in the future. Until then...

Dedmon nailed it; the influences here are wide-ranging, and everyone knows that that is where it's at. Because if the cats and chicks don't dig it like, the wildest, we'll have to like. give 'em the gaff, dad.
Not being familiar with any post-Mothers Zappa (for a reason), I'd have to say this puts me more in mind of an early Steely Dan backing track that has been stomped on, flattened and stretched by a snorting heffalump, until it resembles a piece of Laffy Taffy 1 micron in thickness.
Love the tempo warpage and dragging beatz...

Something different, reminds me of a slow live Zappa jam from early 80's. Love the the guitar texture.

to quote a friend;"the ultimate blend of New New Wage.... taking the "new age, working mans music with new wave and metal influences" to the next step of incorporating syncopated beats and off accent free flow jazz elements into the catchy beats and grooves... basically turning all the relevant forms of music into a musical interpretation system known as NoiseCollecting...Blending these different things into cohesive and universally recognized sound"
