On May 4, 2004, Jaron Mossman of Shawn Johnson & The Foundation gave his OK for shows to be archived at archive.org:
To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Jaron Mossman, from Shawn Johnson and The Foundation, and Im interested in getting our music up on Archive.org. I understand you guys need some sort of a release from the band, so I hope this e-mail can be the OK that you need.
I am giving etree / archive.org permission to archive my shows for public download and
noncommercial, royalty-free circulation. We would like to make as much use of the archive site as possible.
If there is anything else you need please let me know. I have a torrent file made already, just need to know what the next step is.
