Notes from Ratte': I really like how this one turned out... the vocals are pretty and have some nice layers, the electric piano sounds good, and the guitars are sharp. I especially like the synth melody at the end, which sounds heavy when it starts bouncing up & down octaves. Brooks, who previously played in At the Drive In, Crushstory (cassette | 7" record) and Sand Which Is, is now playing in AVEC in Baltimore, who are excellent.
