This is a REALLY excellent show. Fantastic audio quality, wonderful synergistic interplay going on between the musicians. Erik Lawrence's sax definitely adds something special to the Spin Doctor's mix...

First of all, this recording sounds very good. More than that, this is a pretty rare recording with Eric Schenkman singing all the time as Chris wasn't there. So it's not a typical Spins set, but it's heavy on Eric tunes (Off My Line, Can't Say no, Indifference) and Eric does a good job fronting the band. Erik Lawrence is a great addition - always loved his playing with the band, but he really shines here.
Definitely check out "I Don't Know Why I Love You" and this version of "Off My Line" - one of the best I've ever heard.
Short, yet beautiful and rare SD show. Grab it.
