Ginger Underrated
In spite of being a massive star Ginger Rogers is still underrated given her outstanding range of abilities. Hopefully one day she will rightly eclipse the other stars who have massive recognition due to dying early or controversy. Ginger was a true professional who played it straight, she didn't need external factors to promote her.

superb writing and performance
Ginger was an almost-singular talent. She had a fine voice and a great sense of humor, and her acting carried her through this well-written piece. I've never seen her give a subpar performance in anything she did after her earliest years. This is a rare piece of footage that satirizes the musical culture of the mid-twentieth century. There isn't enough of Steve Allen available, either.

Very Funny!
As funny today as it was almost 60 years ago. What a shame color video tape was so expensive then. The original color video tape recordings of these great (Steve Allen) shows were erased. All that's left are a few grainy B/W kinescopes. What a loss!
