Would you like to try our new video/audio player ? (beta!)

Today PG started with the asanas, which needs to be comfortable and sthira. He said sukha asana implies not being conscious of thhe body. A person sitting for dhyana has a great goal, a great love, so making the body comfortable etc is a means to devote thoroughly for that. That goal is mumukshutvam, desire for freedom. This goal needs to envelop us. Mumuk... implies feeling of the pain of bandhan. The pain of bandhan is of great importance and blessing. It alone provides us the energy & drive for mumuk... The intensity of pain decides the intensity of mumuks... This pain helps us to keep aside all worldy pains, they pale into insignificance. So one not only needs to understand this bandhan and feel it intensely. When the pain is in heart, the solutions too touch the heart.
