On June 5, 2005, Sweatin' Like Nixon gave the OK for archive.org inclusion:
"Sweatin' Like Nixon has an open taping policy and encourages taping and trading of our live shows. We feel that with the high level of spontanaity and improvisation that goes on at our shows live taping is the best way to capture our sound. As long as the given club or festival we are playing at does not have a policy superceding ours we encourage taping and allow it to be uploaded to the Live Music Archive.
