TALKING LIFE with Peter JanetzkiDivorce in the Christian Community

Talking Life is a two hour talk back radio program that tackles a wide range of life issues from a Christian perspective.

With about 40% of marriages ending in divorce we don’t have to look far to find someone we know who has been touched by family breakdown in the church community. Imagine that you are inviting friends to come and hear a message at church on divorce and you will probably get a lot of reservation. Because it is a hot potato and a complex issue that often receives a simple answer or explanation.

Those touched by divorce know first hand the struggles and complexity of marriage breakdown. One of these is Ruth Graham (daughter of Billy Graham) who has been through three divorces and written ‘In Every Pew Sits a Broken Heart: Hope for the Hurting.’ Ruth will be guest by telephone as part of Sunday night’s program.
