Subject: Not as punchy as the other Panucci clip films
This one is probably the weakest entry of the Panucci clip film collection. It's corny, while the others are fresh stinky weirdness.
4 stars for the editing, and for the nasty face of the lead actor from the original commercial. I would have said three-and-a-half stars, but you can't do half-stars here. I rounded up!

Subject: Slouching towards parody
This is a not overly ambitious parody of a safe driving clip. It's worth a chuckle or two, or perhaps just a mild grin, but doesn't really achieve much as a parody.
Overdubbing hoggish sounds while the guy is eating is stale and cliche, and moreover is really just reacting to the content with a cliche without adding much too it in the way of a radical detour from the expected story line, a clever juxtaposition, or humorous but previuosly unspotlighted association that the makers of the original might not have suspected. In some ways it self-consciously announces itself as a parody, as if all "square" driving safety clips are silly and simply playing around with them to show disrepect or derision of them is enough to be entertaining.
Frank Panucci - godlike meddling
The file to the left labeled "unknown" is an oldschool INDEO AVI. It should play on any PC.
