Improvisional "Creeps Music" from RV&OI, street-busking manchildren who loiter around the state of Kentucky flinging soup in the face of darkness and pondering the conspiracy theory about "Tacmars" which supposedly are placed on the backs of certain road signs as secret signals to alert UN trucks where the nearest New World Order makeshift prison camps will be (such as department stores, stadiums, malls, schools, etc.)
All RV&OI recordings are done on the world's crummiest handheld tape recorders, and their cassette-only albums are "released" in short homemade runs by leaving them to be found at bus stops, phone booths, and public restrooms.
