In June of 2006, Charles Rice Goff III visited several experimental sound artists in North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee. Later that year, Taped Rugs Productions released a set of seven CDR recordings and one DVD video which documented Goff’s interactions during the tour. This archive presents the full hour-long video from the set.
The video showcases the talents of the following sound artists:
Andrew Chadwick, Dave Fuglewicz, Bret Hart, Scotty Irving, Hal McGee, Chris Phinney, Ed Shepherd, and Charles Rice Goff III.
And features visual and audio recordings made in:
Eden, North Carolina; Greensboro, North Carolina; Roswell, Georgia; Atlanta, Georgia; Gainesville, Florida; Ocala, Florida; Nashville, Tennessee; Memphis, Tennessee, and the airways and roadways above and between.
