Buzzsaw & The Shavings
A Baroque Figure Suddenly Generic
A momentary return to a passed epoch of concert strings and expressive brass twined with the lively product of the pride of the Gulf Coast. Yet so long and so absent have the roster of past personages of the age of the Sun King been in the vicinity of me mixes, I am exposed to a damnable destitution of name and, as the genre of the mix does indicate, all is improvised, save the inevitable reaction to Buzzymixes, ever certain. Credits: Includes loops by Omnitechnomatrix. Genre: Improvisational.
02
Zebra Mann
A Spider in Passing
I had a pet wolf spider for the past six months, and her name was Seven. She taught me a lot of things; things that most people wouldn't give two hoots about. The most important thing she taught me is that life is precious. Even if you are just one small spider that a kind human saved from being smashed under a careless boot. This funeral dirge was mixed tonight for Seven, who died this morning. I already miss her. Credits: Dave Fuglewicz Open loops, Omnitechnomatrix Open loops, Blind Mime Open loops. Genre: Abstract.
03
Buzzsaw & The Shavings
As Lovable as a Lower Cambrian Trilobite
Though rather uncertain of the amount of affection that might have evolved in the midst of eyes and limbs and exoskeletons, it has but recently been imparted to me that trilobites are far greater candidates for pat-patting than their later eight-legged, hairy and land-dwelling relations. The discovery of this assertion ensues in loops. Credits: Dan Richert Guest Artist Mix. Genre: Experimental.

Mystic

A mystical meeting. John's loops are always great to work with, thanks. Credits: Cystem FTP Loops, Dave on Hammerhead. Genre: Mystical Music.

Driving Thru the Brain Stem
I wanted to go for a drive, but I had no gas in my truck. So I used my imagination instead. I drove through the happy places in my mind, and found wonders galore. C'mon, let's go for a ride, I'll drive! Ear goggles are mandatory on this trip. Credits: Dave Fuglewicz Open Loops. Genre: Electronica.

SoLaRiS
Book Of Eli
A kind of heavy and heady bass laden industrio rock with Zeuhl and RIO leanings .......... well maybe.....Inspired in part by the film of the same name. Myself on bass and guitar (loops). Just got my first bass actually so my skills are virtually zero here...... which is probably a good thing in my case as i go more for sound as opposed to technique. Checkout my blog on Zeuhl music at http://mightyecho.blogspot.com/ Credits: Ed Drury Guest Artist. Genre: Bloody Hell.

Zebra Mann
Incident on the Interstate
A young man and his girlfriend were traveling west on I-80 in a rented U-Haul moving van full of their belongings, going to new digs in Colorado. Then it happened. They were pulled into an errant black hole that had blithely wandered into traffic. This mix is the only known record of the event those two young people encountered in the flatlands of Nebraska, as no one knows where the other other side of a black hole leads to. Credits: Dave Fuglewicz Open loops, Fluxus Fone loops, Loops by Blind Mime, Dan Richert Guest Artist loops.. Genre: Floating Electronic Music.

Cries From the Anthill
I made a field recording recently of a visit to a local second hand store which you can hear in this piece which is based on the interplay between a spoken word poem found in the OurMedia Collection at archive.org and an electric piano figure from our GEMAfreie-welten cohorts. Guitars and synths are improvised against one another. The score remains unsettled. The grasshopper is mangled. The anthill is dispersed under children's feet. Tomorrow is another day. Credits: by bf baker. GEMAfreie-welten: electric piano loop; Cystem: guitar loops; OurMedia Collection @ archive.org: "Knucklehead"; bf baker: field recording, percussion loop, bass, guitars, synthesizers. Sources: Cystem Open Loops, GEMAfreie-welten Guest Artist . Genre: Abstract.

Easter Surprise 2010
I saw the Easter Bunny; he arrived in a giant silver egg. But unbeknownst to me, this large friendly-looking rabbit was actually an alien intent upon kidnapping me, taking me aboard his egg-shaped spacecraft, and performing all manner of heinous experiments upon my person. I'll never look at Easter the same way again. Lock your doors, turn out the lights, close your eyes, put on your ear goggles, and get ready to endure a terrifying version of Easter you won't soon forget. Credits: Free Loop Pack 15. Genre: Big Badd & Ugly.

Buzzsaw & The Shavings
Three Bubbles Short of the Tonic in the Gin
There was a moment of unease and uncertainty as the tonic water bore no summits and no peaks, being in the main quite flat. A race sigh ensued, revel in the crypt, until I discerned that gin was renowned by the sot and the Saxon and the Saxon also a sot for a most tidy effect and I resolved it might be taken neat, very straight up. The withdraw of the tonic now might be heard in a variable wend of one or two loops in the mix... Credits: Dave Fuglewicz Open Loops Mix. Genre: Mashuga Melody.
12
Zebra Mann
Dodecahedronal Decadence
I've always sucked at the language known as math, and the language of music is in the same unfathomable category for me. I am bilingual though, I know English, and a smattering of Gibberish. Although the people of Gibber still REFUSE speak to me, just as a matter of principle. Credits: Arthur Loves Plastic Open loops, Antigravity Workshop Open loops, loops by bf baker, Hebephrenic Open loops, Free Loop Pack 15, Loops by Hal McGee . Genre: Experimental.

Zebra Mann
Triangular Stridulations
More interdimensional nonsense. According to science, there are three dimensions; time is the fourth dimension, and according to Evelyn, the afterlife lies in the fifth dimension, which explains the faint Mo-Town music in the background of that eternal destination. Credits: Loops by bf baker, Loops by Heuristics, Inc, Loops by Mike McGary, Antigravity Workshop Open Loops. Genre: Experimental.
