On January 14, 2008 The Dave Trio gave the OK for archive.org:
"As a founding member and manager of The Dave Trio, I give the LMA
permission to host any live D3 material, shows, etc., without limits. We
HIGHLY encourage the taping and trading of our performances, including
MP3s along with lossless formats. We're eager to ensure that fans can
access the music as easily as possible.
