On August 23, we received permission for The Dragonflys shows to be hosted at the Archive:

My name is Lindsay and I help run The Dragonflys' website. I've talked with the band's manager and he says that trading the band's live music online isn't a problem. Please feel free to email me... if you have any other questions or concerns.

Policy
http://www.thedragonflys.net/taping_policy.htm and is listed below...
The Dragonflys taping policy permits unrestricted audio taping by the audience at all shows; however, you will not be allowed to plug into the soundboard. So bring your gear and have a good time.
Guest performances with other artists will be governed by that artist's taping policy. When performing at a festival or other event featuring multiple bands, that event's policy may override The Dragonflys´ customary taping policy.
We are okay with live concert or song files being traded online but we are not okay with studio recordings being traded online. Selling of any taped live shows is prohibited. All taping must be for personal use only. And while trading is allowed, no money may ever be exchanged as part of a trade.
We also donÂ’t allow officially released recordings of any kind (live or studio) in any format to be duplicated or traded in whole or in part. Nor do we allow the compiling of one or more officially released songs or the combining of official releases in whole or in part with other material. Stores or businesses may not duplicate or offer to duplicate any of The Dragonflys recordings for customers. Selling or otherwise providing media containing unreleased Dragonflys music for any price, including a loss, is also not okay.
Videotaping, camcorders and flash photography are not allowed; however digital cameras are okay. Photos are not to be sold or used for commercial purposes.
All of The Dragonflys performances and recordings are the exclusive property of The Dragonflys, all rights reserved. The rights to record The Dragonflys' performances set forth in this policy constitute an express, revocable license. We reserve the right to withdraw our sanction of recording, tape trading and/or non-commercial digital audio file transfers on a case-by-case basis or in general, as we deem necessary. No waiver of any copyright or trademark right is intended.
Thank you for respecting the music, the fans and the venues.
