On June 25, 2008 permission was granted for the LMA:

"Hello,

I am responsible for booking and recording The HippoCampus. With the bands permission, The HippoCampus would like to be added to the list of bands on the live archive. For the time being, I will be the only person to be uploading The HippoCampus live shows to archive, but anyone else has permission to do as well. All material is ok for archiving purposes. Thanks and we look forward to spreading more great music around.
