Although the end of life eventually arrives for all of us, we usually remain oblivious to the reality of our own death, and when we do think about it, there is only worry and anxiety. In this teaching with Don Handrick, we will examine the need to acknowledge our own mortality and work with the fear of death in the context of spiritual practice. We will also discuss how mindfulness of death can be used in constructive ways to extract greater value from our lives and prepare ourselves for dying.
