Subject: Make it a miss
There is no ghost or mystery in this amateurishly directed and scripted thriller. No thrills either, as it moves to it's predictable ending.

Bela Lugosi plays Mr. Kessler, a broken man abandoned by his wife some three years previously. Unsolved murders in his house don't seem to have upset the household much. It is revealed to the audience that a visual shock puts Mr. Kessler into a murderous trance, explaining the murders. He comes out of the trance after sleeping or by another shock, unaware of his actions. The comedic aspects of this, while put to great effect by Abbot and Costello, are unexplored here.

Recommended for Lugosi fans and those who get a laugh at really bad movies only.

I watched the 256kb mpeg4. Good picture, but the sound is so-so. Thankfully only 1 hour and 3 minutes long. Could have been shorter, but then again the story has the potential to be much better.
