Rights
On December 1, 2007 permission was granted:
"Hey folks @ Archive.org!
So we were honored enough to have a friend come out and record one of our shows, and he's asked us permission to post it on your site (which we think is fine). So please allow our buddy Joel (or anyone else) to submit our live shows for your archives. Unless we contact you about a specific live show in the future (which will put the onus on us), we're honored to have our music hosted on your space.
