On November 19, 2007 The Octave Below gave their OK for archive.org
"We would like to be included on Live Music Archive, no flags needed anyone who feels fit to upload to LMA one of our concerts may do so at will. Our taping policy is simple, feel free to come out and record us, we would apreciate copies on CD, but uploading to LMA is just as fine. We reserve the right to amend this policy in case of any official release or other reason.
Any other projects involving members of the Octave Below, such as George Wesley Band, Zero, Post Junction & Steve Kimock projects have their own polices on LMA that must be adhered to.
